Applications
Widely used for quantitative filling of granular materials including: grains (corn, rice, seeds), fertilizers (compound fertilizer), industrial plastics (carbon black particles, plastic granules), and chemical building materials (sand, pebbles). Suitable for 10kg, 25kg, and 50kg bag sizes.

- Weighing Machine: 304 stainless steel contact parts, carbon steel construction with plastic coating. Features weighing controller, sensor, and dust removal interface.
- Empty Bag Storage: 304 stainless steel contact parts with carbon steel construction. Electric power and reducer motor system.
- Bag Handling System: Delta servo drive system for bag upper unit and bag holding/guide unit.
- Control Cabinet: Self-developed patent system with Germany SIEM PLC, France Schneider Electric components, and Germany Sick photoelectric control system.
- Sealing Options: Bag sewing machine or heat sealing machine suitable for woven bags, plastic bags, and paper bags.
- Conveyor System: Carbon steel + PVC belt + stainless steel guardrail with reducer motor and photoelectric control.
- Structure: Platform, guardrail, and ladder made of carbon steel with spray coating.
